Announcing Our 2009-2010 Season
Musicals, dramas, comedies, shows for families and shows just for adults -- these form the 2009-2010 season at Weathervane Playhouse.

Weathervane Executive Director John Hedges -- who shapes the Playhouse's artistic direction and chooses the shows -- says next season will have something for everyone and that his choices reinforce a strong core theme of bringing people together.

"As we look to commemorate Weathervane's 75th anniversary and set the stage for the next 75 years, we hope to welcome a broad cross-section of people from our community to join us in this year-long celebration," said Hedges.

"In addition to the striking new facility that we'll be unveiling later this summer, the shows we've chosen for our anniversary year speak to the breadth of human experience that exists within our community in a powerful and compelling way.

"I know everyone will find at least one show in our season that will appeal to him or her," he said.
