Teen Poets from the area will compete in the Grand Slam Poetry Championship from 6 to 10 p.m. tonight at the Playhouse.
This event is organized by A.C.T.S. Performance Poets, a group of poets and mentors from the Akron-Canton area.
The poetry slam is open to the public. Tickets cost $5 and are available at the door only. For more information, call 330/633-5505 or 330/620-6509. |
