Weathervane Playhouse is located on the northwest side of Akron in the Merriman Valley neighborhood, which is approximately four miles west of downtown Akron.
Weathervane Lane runs off Merriman Road. The Playhouse sits adjacent to the Liberty Commons complex of shops and offices just off Merriman Road, and we sit at the edge of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Area Dining
Although Weathervane does not function as a dinner theater, you will find many fine dining and drinking establishments in our Merriman Valley neighborhood and others close by, too. In addition, the Playhouse is a short drive from many restaurants in West Akron, Fairlawn, Montrose and Cuyahoga Falls.
