Box Office Hours

Mondays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Box Office is also open beginning one hour before each performance and remains open through intermission.

Deaf and TDD/TTY patrons may use the Ohio Relay System to place a ticket order by calling 1-800-750-0750.

The first performance of each of these Mainstage productions is a preview performance. Tickets on this night only are $15 each with no additional discounts available.

Beginning with the first Friday of each play, the ticket price is $21 each but the following discounts apply:

Tickets for seniors (ages 65 or older) and college students are $19 on Thursdays and Sundays only.

Tickets for children (ages one to 17) are $17 at ALL performances.

ACTORS' EQUITY ASSOCIATION MEMBERS

Each member of Actors' Equity Association is entitled to one complimentary ticket to each Mainstage, Dietz Theater and/or Young Actors Series production. Limit one complimentary ticket per AEA member.

SEATING CHARTS

The Playhouse's Mainstage auditorium is an intimate, 240-seat auditorium. Typically, this venue features reserved seating, though some special-event performances feature general-admission seating.

The John L. Dietz Theater is a flexible, "black-box" theater that seats 48. This venue features general-admission seating.

TICKET POLICIES

All sales are final with no exchanges, no refunds, and no retroactive discounts.

Only Weathervane subscribers enjoy the exclusive privilege of no-hassle ticket exchanges.

All telephone sales must be charged to Visa, MasterCard or Discover at the time of your order. To pay with cash or personal check, you must visit the Box Office in person during Box Office hours.

No service charges are added to either telephone or window sales. Tickets ordered by telephone will remain at the Box Office to be picked up before the performance time. Your tickets can be mailed to you, if time allows, for $0.50 per order.

Online ticket orders are subject to a $2.50 per-ticket service fee.
