The 2011 8x10 TheatreFest
Weathervane's Annual Contest and Festival of 10-Minute Plays
Weathervane Playhouse celebrates the art of the short-format play with the first annual 8x10 TheatreFest. Eight plays, 10 minutes each, all featuring a signature prop...A CHAIR!
The "final eight" plays for the 2011 8x10 TheatreFest were performed on the Weathervane stage from July 15 to 17, 2011. A panel of judges selected the first- and second-place winners of the festival, while audiences voted to select the festival's "Fan Favorite." Audience members also had the opportunity to help select the 2012 festival's inspirational prop!
