Debbie Shama-Davis, Ph. D. is a research and evaluation specialist focused on educational, STEM, and professional development programs, with over 25 years of experience in integrated mixed methodology research development and implementation, survey protocol, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, statistical interpretation, and professional writing and reporting. Contributes as a principal evaluator, consultant, data analyst, statistician, and presenter for a variety of research initiatives in the sectors of education, health and human services, and non-profit services.  She has been involved with Weathervane Playhouse for two decades.
